Nightingales - will meet for a salad supper in the home of Pat Mosher on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 @ 6:30 p.m.

Morning Glories - will meet for a salad luncheon in the home of Ginny Jones on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 @ 9:30 a.m.

General Meeting

The next general meeting of the UMW will be on June 1st at 6:30 p.m. in the Family Life Center.  We will have a guest speaker fromthe Pool of Siloam.  After our business meeting, we will pack Birthing Kits for UMCOR.  Plans for the summer will include two activities for the Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission.

Purpose of

United Methodist Women

The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ, to develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

     Third Wednesday of the month at 9:30 AM
 
The Nightingales
     Third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM
 
All meetings are at the church in the Eva Smith Room. Child care is provided.
